Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
Estimated delivery:
• Northeast US: 1–3 business days
• Continental US: 2–7 business days
• Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mommy's Sauce LLC is not responsible for delays or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the package and product. If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns once shipped.
Refunds or replacements may be issued if:
• Product arrives damaged
• Wrong item is shipped
• Product arrives leaking
• Product is defective
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and photos.
Opened products, used products, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
